$0 upfront. No minimum commitment. We only make money when you make money.

* Illustrative $500k/year target assumes approximately 5 customers, each with 4 legal entities, at $2,000 per legal entity per month (approximately $480,000 ARR).

Firstly, What's the Issue?

You've already done the hard part. You've built a D365 SCM practice. You've hired and trained consultants. You've won customers. And you've spent years building trusted relationships with them. But how much recurring revenue are those relationships actually generating? For most D365 consultancies, revenue is still heavily tied to projects and consultant hours. You implement D365. You provide support. You sell additional consultancy when the customer needs it. Then you need another project, another requirement or another consultant to generate more revenue. And growing usually means adding more people. At the same time, it's becoming increasingly difficult to differentiate your consultancy. Most D365 partners offer broadly the same implementation, support and advisory services. So you're competing on your consultants, reputation, references and price. What if you could add a specialist capability your customers genuinely need - and turn it into recurring revenue - without building that capability yourself? That's exactly what we've built.

Who Is This For?

This is specifically for established Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management consultancies.  It's a good fit if you:  ✔️ Already have an active D365 F&O/SCM customer base  ✔️ Have customers with inventory and planning challenges that standard D365 planning doesn't fully solve  ✔️ Want to generate more revenue from existing customer relationships  ✔️ Want more predictable, recurring revenue rather than relying entirely on consultant hours  ✔️ Want to differentiate your consultancy from other D365 partners  ✔️ Don't want to recruit planning specialists  ✔️ Don't want to retrain your existing consultants on another complex planning methodology  ✔️  Would rather partner with a specialist than build a Demand Driven planning practice internally  You bring the customers and D365 expertise. We bring the specialist planning capability, technology and support.  And we share the recurring revenue.

Demand Driven MRP is trusted by over 2,500 companies across +20 industry verticals.

What Results Can You Expect?

Our target is simple:  $500k/Year in recurring revenue within 90 days  You don't need hundreds of new customers to make this interesting. You already have the customers.  For example:  5 existing customers x 4 legal entities per customer x $2,000 per legal entity/month = $40,000/month  Approximately $480,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)  And that's before the additional professional-services revenue.  Because you keep 100% of the training, implementation, consultancy and support fees you charge around the solution.  So instead of selling another block of consultant hours, you're creating an additional revenue stream that can continue month after month.  And because there's no maximum customer selling price, the upside isn't capped.

So What's the Plan?

We've deliberately made this as easy as possible for your existing team.

You don't need to build a new practice. You don't need to recruit planning specialists. And you don't need your consultants spending days analysing every customer before you know whether there's an opportunity. It starts with the customers you already have.

STEP 1

Diagnostic Report

We start by identifying customers in your existing D365 SCM base that could benefit from Demand Driven planning. For each customer, a junior consultant runs our diagnostic using the customer's real D365 planning data. It takes approximately 20 minutes. We then turn that data into a personalised diagnostic report showing where opportunities exist and quantifying potential improvements - including areas such as inventory reduction and planning performance. So instead of approaching the customer with a generic software pitch... You're approaching them with insights based on their own data.

STEP 2

Customer Call

Next, you arrange approximately one hour with the customer.  Together, we walk them through their personalised diagnostic report. We show them what we've found. We explain what it means. And, most importantly, we quantify what improving their planning performance could potentially mean for their business.  You don't need your consultants to suddenly become Demand Driven planning experts either.  We'll provide the specialist planning expertise to support the conversation and help answer the difficult questions.  If there's no compelling opportunity, you stop there. If there is, you progress it through your normal sales process.  That means you only commit additional pre-sales capacity once you've identified a genuine opportunity.

STEP 3

Implement & Support

Once the customer decides to move forward, your consultancy delivers the project.  Your team can provide the implementation, training, consultancy and ongoing support.  And you keep 100% of those professional services fees.  We provide the technology, planning expertise and second-line support your consultants need behind the scenes.  So you don't need to hire a specialist planning team before you can start selling.  And because our solution is embedded directly within Dynamics 365 SCM, your consultants aren't learning an entirely separate planning platform with another complex integration architecture.  More value for your customers. More services revenue for you. And recurring subscription revenue on top.

LETS PARTNERGot a Question?

A Few Questions You Probably Have...

We don't have the consultant capacity

That's exactly why we've designed the process this way. The initial diagnostic requires approximately 20 minutes from a junior consultant per customer. You only commit more pre-sales time once the diagnostic and customer conversation have identified a genuine opportunity. And we'll provide the specialist planning expertise behind your team. So you're not asking senior consultants to spend days learning a new discipline just to find out whether customers are interested.

We already sell another planning solution

That's fine. We're not asking you to rip out your existing proposition. This gives you another option for customers who want Demand Driven planning embedded directly within their existing D365 SCM environment - without a separate third-party planning platform or the integrations required to connect and maintain it.

Our customers are happy with Master Planning and/or Planning Optimisation in D365

Some will be. And we're not suggesting otherwise. The diagnostic helps identify the customers where there is a quantifiable opportunity to improve. Rather than asking every customer whether they're unhappy with D365 planning, you can use their actual planning data to identify where additional value could potentially be created. Then have the conversation.

We don't want to retrain our consultants

You don't have to turn your existing consultants into Demand Driven planning experts before getting started. We provide the methodology, technology, onboarding and specialist expertise behind your team. Your consultants already understand D365 and your customers. We fill the specialist planning gap.

What makes this different from other planning solutions?

Our solution is built specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM ecosystem and is approved by the Demand Driven Institute. It supports all three key Demand Driven disciplines: DDMRP, DDOM and DDS&OP.  That gives your consultancy a credible specialist planning capability without having to develop one internally.

Why Now?

You probably already have potential opportunities sitting inside your customer base. The problem is nobody is actively identifying them. Every quarter you wait is another quarter where those customers continue using their existing planning processes - while your consultancy continues generating revenue primarily through projects and consultant hours. And there's another reason. Differentiation. D365 consultancies increasingly look similar from the customer's perspective: implementation, support, development, consultancy and managed services. Everyone is selling broadly the same things. Adding a specialist planning capability gives you another reason to speak to existing customers, another reason for them to rely on your consultancy and another capability you can take into new opportunities. You can either build that capability yourself... ✔️ Hire specialists ✔️ Train consultants ✔️ Develop the proposition ✔️ Build the technology ✔️ Create the sales materials ✔️ Develop the support capability ✔️ Take the commercial risk Or you can partner with us and start with the customers you already have.

So What's Your Investment?

This is where our model is very different. There isn't a large partner fee. There isn't a large upfront software commitment. And there isn't a minimum revenue guarantee you need to make to us. Your upfront investment Is $0.  You pay $0 upfront and make no minimum financial commitment.  Instead, we share the subscription revenue you generate. You keep 50% of the subscription revenue + 100% of your training, implementation, consultancy & support revenue There's no maximum selling price. If you create more value and can command a higher price, you earn more. And so do we. Which is exactly how we think a partnership should work.

Our Guarantee Is Pretty Simple...

We only make money when you make money. We're not asking you to pay us a significant upfront fee and then hope your consultants can sell the solution.  We're putting our money where our mouth is.  If you don't sell any subscriptions, we don't earn any subscription revenue.  If you do, we both win.  That means we're commercially motivated to help you identify the right customers, create compelling opportunities and help your team convert them.  You take the professional-services revenue. We share the subscription revenue.  Our interests are aligned from day one.

It's good to know that the solution is approved by the Demand Driven Institute (DDI)

And We'll Give You These Bonuses...

1

Personalised Customer Diagnostic Reports

For every customer you target, we'll help you turn their real D365 planning data into a personalised diagnostic report. This gives your consultants something far more powerful than a generic sales presentation: they can show the customer their own numbers, their own opportunities and their own potential benefits. And it typically requires only around 20 minutes of junior consultant time per customer to run the initial analysis.

2

Planning Expert On Your Customer Calls

You don't need to worry about your consultants being asked difficult planning questions they can't answer. We'll provide access to a specialist planning expert to support your customer-facing conversations when required. You own the customer relationship. We provide the specialist knowledge behind your team.

3

Second-Line Expert Support

Once customers are live, your consultants don't have to figure everything out themselves. Our helpdesk provides specialist second-line knowledge and support to your consulting team. Your consultancy remains the customer's primary partner while having our planning expertise behind you.

4

Run Alongside Existing Planning

Your customers don't need to make a huge leap of faith. Demand-driven planning can initially run alongside their existing planning processes or be introduced across a small subset of SKUs. They can prove the approach before expanding it. That makes it easier for your team to introduce the solution and reduces the perceived risk for the customer.

But There's A Catch...

We don't onboard unlimited D365 partners. We work closely with each new consultancy during onboarding, customer identification, diagnostics and early opportunities. That takes specialist capacity. So we accept a maximum of: 3 new D365 consultancies per quarter. Once those places are filled, they're filled. And if you miss the current onboarding window, you'll need to wait until the following quarter. So if you're an established D365 SCM consultancy with customers that could benefit from Demand Driven planning - and you'd like to create a new recurring-revenue stream without hiring, retraining or building the capability yourself - let's find out what's already sitting inside your customer base. ✔️ No upfront fee. ✔️ No minimum financial commitment. ✔️ No requirement to build another specialist practice. We only make money when you make money. APPLY FOR ONE OF THE 3 PARTNER PLACES Let's identify the opportunities inside your existing D365 SCM customer base and see what they're potentially worth.
