The Free plan works only in a Tier 1 (development) environment and is meant for trying out the tool. It lets you set things up, test features, and see if it is right for your organisation.

The tool will not work in Tier 2 or higher environments on the Free plan. To use it in those environments, you will need to contact us to upgrade to a paid plan.
