While D365 provides a solid foundation, our tool extends and enhances standard DDMRP functionality. It offers greater flexibility, deeper analytics, easier configuration, and faster insights — without heavy customisation. This means better planning decisions, quicker time-to-value, and a solution that evolves with your business rather than being constrained by standard features.
Deploying the tool works just like any other ISV package or standard modification in Dynamics 365. After you receive the deployment package (a small ZIP file), your IT or implementation team can install it following your usual deployment process.
Pricing for the Premium and Enterprise plans is charged per legal entity, per month. Each legal entity is only charged once, regardless of how many environments (sandbox, UAT, production, etc.) you deploy the tool to. Plus we only charge for legal entities that use our tool. This keeps pricing simple, predictable, and scalable as your environment landscape grows.
To upgrade, simply contact us. We’ll provide you with a deployable package which will work across all your environments. The process is straightforward and does not impact your existing configurations or data.
No. We’ve designed the tool to be flexible as your business evolves. When you upgrade, all configurations and parameters are preserved. You can move between plans without rework or reconfiguration of your setup.
The Free plan works only in a Tier 1 (development) environment and is meant for trying out the tool. It lets you set things up, test features, and see if it is right for your organisation. The tool will not work in Tier 2 or higher environments on the Free plan. To use it in those environments, you will need to contact us to upgrade to a paid plan.
Yes — absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or lock-ins. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Yes. All data can be exported in standard formats and re-imported as needed. This makes it easy to analyse your data, move between environments, or integrate with other systems. Data can be exported using built-in standard mechanisms in D365 such as the Data Management Framework (DMF), OData API, or Synapse Link.
Yes. All data can be exported using built-in standard mechanisms in D365 such as the Data Management Framework (DMF), OData API, or Synapse Link.
